Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you request a case review through DisabilityPayGuide, we share — and may sell — your contact information and screening answers to disability advocates, law firms, and referral networks so they can reach you about your claim. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to opt out of that sale or sharing.

How to opt out

Email privacy@disabilitypayguide.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell" from the email address you want opted out, or include the email address and phone number you used in a case-review request. We will:

• add your contact details to our permanent suppression list,
• stop any future sale or sharing of your information, and
• confirm completion within 15 business days.

Global Privacy Control

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser session.
